Wendy CB Rober
Co-Founder / President
With an early start to her career, Wendy is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience, specializing in ‘trust earned’ leadership. She is dedicated to team well-being and has collaborated with diverse teams—domestic and international—across Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies, encompassing more than 15 cultures and 22 languages.
An accomplished corporate and start-up veteran, Wendy has founded four successful companies—Advertising Agency, Service Bureau, PR Firm, and a Health IT Technologies startup—engaged with small businesses, mid-market firms, and Fortune 500 companies, led mergers and acquisitions, and consistently ensured client success at every targeted stage.
Laurie
Communications Director
Early in her career, Laurie was writing studies and white papers that had been published and circulated among healthcare institutions (think NIH--National Institutes of Health, a U.S. government body -- and The American Journal of Medicine, etc.), all the while obtaining her Philosophy and Psychology degrees.
Since then, Laurie has spent the majority of her career working with and for various government agencies. She has been responsible for editing and authoring studies, white papers -- applying her skills to on-brand messaging, and communications to regional and national audiences.
Talha Amin Shaikh
Co-Founder, Sr. Vice President of Technology & Innovation
Talha Shaikh is a seasoned technology leader with over 24 years of experience in software development, IT consulting, and business leadership.
As the Founder and CEO of Shinersoft, he has successfully led innovative projects in healthcare, education, automotive, and design industries.
Under his leadership, Shinersoft has developed cutting-edge healthcare IT solutions, including electronic medical records (EMR), telemedicine platforms, patient engagement applications, and regulatory compliance systems. He has also played a key role in ZATCA integration projects in Saudi Arabia and secured Meaningful Use Stage 3 certification for U.S.-based EHR systems.
Ataul Wahab Butt
Co-Founder / Sr. Vice President of Experience & Design
Ata started his career with an LA-based company in 2002 as a UI designer. He quickly adapted to the industry, applying his innate UX skills long before the term became mainstream. Immersed in a pure application development environment, he learned at an accelerated pace.
His passion for exploring different facets of product design turned him into a fast-evolving expert.
A true visionary, Ata constantly embraces new trends in both static and dynamic design. His commitment to innovation keeps him at the forefront of the ever-changing design landscape. Even after 22 years in the tech and design industry, his thirst for learning remains as strong as ever.
